Platform Strength EmFit Challenge: Starts March 4th!

Use this website to log points for 10 categories every night: 

  • 10 minutes of mobility: foam roll, stretch

  • workout at least 15 minutes 

  • 10 minutes no cell phone: journal, meditate, walk

  • hydration : (Bodyweight/2) = minimum number of ounces of water daily 

  • no sugars, no sodas, no candy 

  • no fast food : greasy, fried, pizza 

  • 3 cups of veggies a day 

  • 2 meals every day are self-prepared 

  • daily required protein consumed (based off the INBODY 570) 

  • check in with your partner!
