My first challenge was in January, and I became obsessed. I even bought the Burn Strength Training program in February, all to realize I had some strong Hypo Cortisol Adrenal problems. All the while, I kept telling myself I was focusing on my health. But my self talk was not about health. It was about wanting to be smaller. I have strong ass thunder thighs, with a booty to match.
