Triple Layer Collagen Coco Butter Cup
Shout out to my girl @hannah_s_noe for always helping me create these fancy things
– 4 tbs. coconut oil
– 1 cup coconut butter
– 1 tsp. vanilla extract
– 2 tbs. honey
– 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
– 1 scoop Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen
– 1scoop Vital Proteins Chocolate Berry Collagen
– 1 pinch of sea salt
Muffin tin and cupcake paper cups needed.
In a double boiler pot heat up coconut oil, coconut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt.
Once mixture is completely melted, divide mixture into 3 bowls (1/3 in each bowl.)
Mix in Collagen Peptides into one bowl, mix Matcha Collagen into another, and mix Chocolate Berry into the final bowl.
In muffin tin, lay out 6-8 paper cupcake cups. Fill each cup with a tbs. or less of Chocolate Berry. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes until slightly more solid. Add a layer of plain Collagen Peptides using tbs. and place in the freezer for another 5 minutes or until slightly solidified. Once the white layer is cold enough, add the final layer of matcha. You may need to use your finger to make an even layer. Place back in the freezer. Let them sit for an hour to completely solidify.
Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer.
